Refunds & Returns
Returns are only accepted for unused, non-perishable items. Therefore, these returns are not accepted on fresh seafood and frozen perishable items. Should you require more information on whether or not the item in questions can be returned, please get in touch via email on [email protected] or call us on +356 2141 9182.
After the order has been placed, any refund requests will be tackled on a case by case basis and delivery charges will not be refundable as these costs are carried by an external courier service.
Deliveries are effected from Tuesday to Saturday, excluding Public and National Holidays. Delivery times are listed below.
- Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 – 16:00
- Saturday: 10:00 – 13:00
The complete and accurate delivery address information must be provided, including the address that the order will be delivered to and the name of the recipient. We will not be held accountable should the order not reach the intended recipient as a result of being supplied with incomplete or inaccurate information.
