Red snapper or Pagru is classified as the best fish of the Med. This fish is versatile to cook with many methods. Grilling, Baked in Salt, Poached, Pan fried, Carpaccio and tartare. Oven bake at 180 degrees for 20mins and you may add some cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic and a good extra virgin olive oil.
