Adam’s Fish Shop was born out of one singular vision: making seafood meals a staple in every home. In 2013, the talented 24-year old Adam Demanuele was already the successful chef patron of La Dolce Vita, where his flare for business and superior cooking skills had deservedly earned him the recognition of his loyal patrons. Always ambitious and passionate about food, Adam decided to follow his success of La Dolce Vita restaurant by delving into a new and exciting path: retail.  

Recognising Malta’s potential for providing fresh and delicious gourmet seafood, Adam was astounded by how rarely the locals experimented with fresh fish and seafood dishes at home.  In his quest to put fish on the locals’ home menu, Adam’s has introduced the concept of ‘prepared seafood meals’ and made his customers fall head-over-heels for the seafood dining experience thanks to his enticing range of produce.
