Adam’s Fish Shop emerged from a singular vision: to make seafood a staple in every home. Founded by the talented chef patron Adam Demanuele in 2013, Adam’s journey began with the success of La Dolce Vita restaurant. Recognizing Malta’s potential for gourmet seafood, Adam aimed to revolutionize local home cooking by introducing prepared seafood meals. Now an award-winning gourmet fish shop, Adam’s is a beacon of culinary excellence, bringing the seafood dining experience directly to your home.

Founder
Adam Demanuele, passionate about the sea and customer satisfaction, leads three seafood businesses, including The Seafood Market Grill and Seafood Street Food in Gzira. Ensuring every order and event reach perfection, his exemplary leadership is backed by extensive experience at Dolce Vita, Hilton, and other prestigious venues.
Steve Darmanin
Executive Chef
Steve Darmanin, a gentle and outgoing Executive Chef with over 20 years of experience, has worked at Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland and served as Head Chef for the Libyan state family. His vast knowledge enhances the kitchen’s excellence.
